1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account on pbwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) pbwin account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, pbwin is required to verify the identity of all registered players before allowing real-money deposits or withdrawals. You will be required to submit clear copies of the following:

• One (1) valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (UMID, PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, voter's ID, or PRC professional ID).

4. Account Security

You agree to the following security obligations:

5.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your pbwin account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner or authorized user of the payment method used. pbwin complies fully with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6. Bonus & Promotions Policy

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address is eligible for welcome bonuses and new player promotions.

6.2 Expiry

All bonuses and free spin credits that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within their validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered through pbwin operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital game outcomes, or live-streamed studio environments for live dealer titles. 8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pbwin.app, including but not limited to the pbwin brand name and logo, website design, game graphics and audio, software, text, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of pbwin or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to access and use pbwin.app solely for your own lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any pbwin content without prior written authorization.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Consequential, indirect, or special damages of any nature.
• Losses caused by the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pbwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by pbwin

pbwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated period; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR; player protection grounds; or technical security concerns.

In cases of termination for breach, pbwin may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds and bonus credits. Where forfeiture of real-money funds is considered, pbwin will conduct a formal review and notify you in writing before a final decision is made, except where immediate closure is required by law enforcement or regulatory directive.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pbwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pbwin's support team in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for pbwin to investigate and respond to your concern. pbwin takes all player complaints seriously and aims to resolve disputes efficiently through its internal complaints process.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pbwin may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights as a player — pbwin will provide notice to your registered email address no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
